職務目的(Job Purpose)

BDM(ビジネス・ディベロップメント・マネージャー)は、当社の顧客およびサプライヤー、ならびにパートナーのエンドカスタマーとの主な窓口となります。BDMは、サプライヤーの戦略に基づいたビジネスの拡大と実行に責任を持ちます。売上、純粗利益、顧客満足度の最大化を目指し、サプライヤー企業、パートナー、エンドカスタマーのキーパーソンとの深い関係構築を通じて、営業サイクル全体を担います。また、サプライヤーを独立して担当し、付加価値の高いサービスを提供することに注力します。

主な職務内容(Responsibilities)

・教育機関向けに、Apple製品(Mac/iPad)の導入拡大を目的とした販売促進活動の企画・実行

・社内営業チームと連携した、販売店との個別商談の実施 (現地訪問およびオンライン。出張を伴うケースもあり)

・全体の案件管理、および個々の案件の成約率向上にを目的とした営業支援活動の実施

・Apple製品や関連ソリューションの説明・提案 (製品デモ含む)の実施

・技術的な問い合わせ対応(端末管理や設定に関する基本的な内容)

必要な知識・スキル・経験(Knowledge, Skills And Experience)

・IT業界での営業またはビジネスディベロップメント経験(5年以上)

・法人向けPC、タブレットの提案・販売経験

・MDMやデバイス管理に関する基本的な理解

・教育市場または法人市場におけるApple製品の導入・提案経験があれば望ましい
