~~ そもそも【施設警備】とは? ~~

街で見かける "屋外に立つ警備員" とはまったく違います。施設の警備員室に常駐し、監視・見回りなどをする仕事です。体力的な負担が少ないので、年齢を重ねてからもコツコツ働けます。

~~施設警備スタッフの日常業務~~

  • ビル入口での監視

防犯・防災のために、正面玄関エントランス及び従業員通用口入口で監視業務を行います。立ち仕事が中心となりますが、空調のきいた室内での仕事なので、夏や冬も快適に働けます。

  • 警備室での監視・受付対応

防犯カメラのモニターなどをチェック。業者の方々が入館する際は、受付対応などを行ないます。

  • ビル内各フロアの巡回

防犯・防災のために、不審者や不審物がないか見回ります。地上10階・地下2階で、全フロアを見回っても30分以内です。

  • 緊急対応

緊急時の通報連絡や誘導などを行ないます。

平穏なときには注目されにくい仕事かもしれません。しかし、見回り中の何気ないコミュニケーションや、緊急時の対応への感謝の言葉は嬉しいもの。日々の張り合いになるでしょう。

【立ちっぱなしではありません】

4人でチームを組み、30分~60分で各ポジションを交替しながら担当します。空調のきいた室内での仕事なので、夏や冬も快適に働けます。

【落ち着いて休憩を取れます】

控室にはロッカー・冷蔵庫・電子レンジ・電気ポットなどを完備しました。

入社後に3日間警備研修あります(20時間)。配属後も、具体的な働き方や施設について先輩から学ぶことができます。

社会人経験者で、途中ブランクがある方も歓迎します

変形労働時間制(週平均実働:40時間)

日勤 8:00~19:00(食事1H)

給与詳細


基本給:時給 1226円 〜

社員ですが給与は時間給制度となります。(時給1,226円~)

60歳以上の方は嘱託契約となります。(1年更新、給与同条件)
