Minimum of 1+ years of high-volume kitchen experience

業務内容
Responsible for the set-up, preparation, and service of daily assigned section within the kitchen
Focus on consistency and quality while adhering to all relevant Japanese laws and food safety regulations
maintains personal involvement in day-to-day operations and report daily to the outlet supervising Chef

Basic cooking school certificate preferable

5 days/week (including weekends/national holidays)
Actual 7.5 hrs/day between 6:30 a.m. and 10:30 p.m.
