【主な業務内容】

‐オープン前の店内の準備

‐ゲストへのサービス

‐ホテルの衛生基準に則り、食品やレストラン内の衛生管理を行う

‐会計・売り上げ管理等

■シフト制(所定労働時間7.5時間/1日)

■レストラン営業時間:11.30 am pm (LO 9.00 pm)

※オペレーションの状況により残業有。残業代別途支給

■年間休日116日※連続公休5日間含む

■月8日-10日公休

The Steakhouse is an authentic American-style steakhouse.


Our steaks and hamburgers, grilled on a 3-meter-long binchotan charcoal grill in our open kitchen, are a favorite among our customers.

In addition to our delicious food, we also pride ourselves on our friendly and warm staff. Many of our customers return repeatedly as repeat customers.


We welcome those who enjoy interacting with people and those looking to take on a new role in the service industry.

[Daily tasks]

Preparing the restaurant before opening
Serving guests
Maintaining food and restaurant hygiene in accordance with hotel hygiene standards
Accounting and sales management, etc.

■Working hours (7.5 hours per day)

Restaurant hours: 11:30 am - 10:00 pm (last order 9:00 pm)

Overtime may be required depending on operational circumstances. Overtime pay is provided separately.

■116 days of annual leave (including 5 consecutive days off)

■9-10 days off per month
