仕事内容:

・仕込み

・開店、閉店準備

・握りおよび調理補助(魚の捌きなど)

・接客業務

・仕入れ、在庫管理

経験の浅い方は見習いとして、盛り付けや調理補助などの業務を行いながら板場に立つことを目指していただきます。

銀座の有名鮨店で修行と研鑽を積んだ大将が包丁さばきや仕込み・握り方など、一から丁寧に指導・フォローしていきます。

麻布十番駅から徒歩2分の場所にある鮨店『東麻布 さいこう』。

店主である大将は銀座の鮨店はっこくで二番手をつとめた鮨職人。

この度、独立にて2022年3月に東麻布に店舗をオープンいたしました。より良いお店づくりのために一緒に働いていただける方を引き続き募集しております。

前向きに業務に取り組める方・お仕事に対して学習意欲のある方からの応募をお待ちしています。鮨店などでのお仕事の経験がなくても、お鮨が好きな方、興味がある方からの応募もお待ちしております。

<歓迎する資格・経験>

・接客のお仕事経験者

・鮨店での握りの実務経験がある方

勤務時間・曜日:

シフト制(実働8時間・休憩あり・終電考慮)

勤務パターンは以下の通りです。

・9:00〜18:00

・11:00〜20:00

・12:00〜21:00

・14:00〜23:00

・15:00〜24:00

※昼のみ、夜のみなどライフスタイルに合わせた働き方も可能です。

休暇・休日:

・月8日休み(毎週日曜、祝日は店休日です)

・夏季休暇、年末年始休暇あり

(屋内禁煙です)
