解体現場の現地調査や法人様の対応をメインにお願いいたします。

<具体的な業務内容>
資料を確認しながら建物の大きさを出す作業(一緒にやりましょう)
現場の現地調査(週に1~2回は現地に伺い、写真を撮ったりします*先輩と一緒に)
(現場周辺の)道路の幅や敷地との距離を測る(足場や作業車が通れるか確認します)
現場の状況を担当部署と共有しながら見積もりを作成
見積もりをお客様へ提示、折衝
着工までの打ち合わせ
など
- 先輩スタッフとの同行からスタートするので安心
- 建設業界の経験 または 法人営業の経験者歓迎

9:00 社内調整
9:30 現場へ出発
10:30 現場確認
12:30 現場確認終了
12:30~13:30 お昼休憩
13:30 会社へ出発
14:30 会社到着
14:45 社内業務(見積もり作成、図面確認など)
18:05 退社

上記額にはみなし残業代を含みます。※超過分は全額支給いたします。

*ご経験やスキルなどにより年収700万円以上も可能
