Our client, a renowned luxury hotel chain, is seeking a Teppanyaki Sous Chef to lead daily kitchen operations and ensure high-quality culinary experiences. This role offers the opportunity to showcase your culinary talents while guiding and developing kitchen staff.

応募資格:
- 4年以上の料理、フード&ビバレッジの経験
- 調理芸術または関連分野の2年制学位
- 鉄板焼きの調理技術の経験
- 食品安全と衛生基準の知識
- ラグジュアリーホテルまたは高級レストランでの経験
- 強力なリーダーシップとチーム管理スキル
- 料理の展示を作成する能力
- キッチン運営と予算管理の能力
