2年で30店舗展開急成長ジムの「新店オープン」を支える司令塔
元プロボクサー × 元リクルート社長が仕掛ける、話題のボクシング型フィットネス。
IPOを目指して急拡大中の当社で、毎月の新規出店を成功に導く【店舗開発・開業管理】をお任せします

【 具体的な業務内容 】
毎月オープンする新店舗(常時10~20件並行)の準備をトータル管理します。
- 開業スケジュールの進行管理
- 内装工事や備品の発注・手配
- 施工業者やサプライヤーとの打ち合わせ
- オーナー様への連絡・調整・サポート

資格
これまでの経験よりも、「これからどうなりたいか」という意欲を重視します。

給与
月給 29万円~50万円
(固定残業代や一律手当を含む)
固定残業代:1ヶ月あたり6万2781円以上(固定残業時間:40時間)
固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する
