職務内容
- 顧客向けの技術サポート(遠隔/必要に応じて現地対応)および問い合わせ対応の完結までの推進
- デリバリー/フィールド担当と協力し、店舗での設置・動作確認・導入テスト・検収を支援
- ESL等のコントロールシステムおよび関連ソフトウェアの一次切り分け、ログ確認、再現確認、エスカレーション
- 技術支援エンジニア/開発部門と連携し、原因特定~恒久対策までを推進
- 手順書・FAQ・ナレッジの作成/更新(再発防止・対応品質向上)
- Python等を用いた簡易ツール化/作業効率化(高難度の開発は不要)
プロジェクト状況に応じた出張対応
Provide technical support for customers during post-deployment operations (remote support and on-site support when needed)
- Support installation verification, go-live testing, and acceptance for store deployments in collaboration with Delivery/Field teams
- Perform first-level troubleshooting for ESL control systems and related software platforms (log checks, issue reproduction, escalation)
- Collaborate with technical engineers / development teams to identify root causes and drive corrective actions through closure
- Create and maintain documentation (FAQ, operation manuals, field work guides) and contribute to reusable knowledge assets
- Improve troubleshooting efficiency via lightweight automation or scripting (e.g., Python)—
no heavy development required - Travel as needed depending on project status (typically domestic)
