Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitating discussion with stakeholders, developing solutions, developing statements of work and coming up with project plans
- Planning, supporting Windchill Monthly maintenance and upgrades as per product owner (PTC)
- Windchill System Administrative Services and Business Administrative Services
- Resolve technical and functional issues on Windchill PLM and CAD (SolidWorks & AutoCAD)
- Mentor the support team to resolve complex CAD issues
- Resolving Windchill workflow issues

Requirements
- Japanese and English Language -> Proficient level
- Windchill and CAD end user support
- Windchill customization
