Senior Partner Manager

We are seeking a Senior Partner Manager to join our team at {company}. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the Automotive industry and a desire to challenge the status quo of the in-car experience.

About the Role

The Senior Partner Manager will be responsible for working with an assorted set of stakeholders, both internally at Amazon and with some of our most strategic Automotive OEM partners. They will influence the roadmap and technology decisions that will drive future products and features that directly affect our growth in this critical space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to partner requests for quotations (RFQ) or similar requests with appropriate documentation.
  • Lead and coordinate design/implementation efforts with internal teams and external partners.
  • Scope and deliver large projects end-to-end.
  • Drive project schedules from design to release.
  • Make appropriate tradeoffs to optimize time-to-market.
  • Clearly communicate goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes to internal cross-functional and remote project teams.
  • Develop tools and processes that streamline integration.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience.
  • 5+ years of professional or military experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.
  • Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations.
  • Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements.

Salary Information

The salary for this position is estimated to be $$140,000 - $170,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This information can be discussed further during the interview process.
