仕事内容

  • 具体的な仕事内容

  • 新規開拓・案件発掘

  • 営業が担当する打ち合わせの日程調整
  • 電話応対や来客対応
  • 資料作成
  • 書類の整理やファイリング

  • 簡単なPC入力 など

  • 訪問などで外へ出向く営業メンバーの縁の下の力持ちとして、サポートする業務がメインです。

  • お客さまとのやり取りは電話のみ訪問などはなく、社内だけで完結します

勤務時間詳細


総労働時間:1週あたり40時間 〜 48時間

9:00 ~ 18:00(実働8時間)

フレックスタイム制を導入しています。

コアタイム13:00~16:00

※新人の間は、残業がないように業務を勧めます。ベテラン社員でも月20時間程度

※業務内容に応じて、月の後半に勤務時間の調整の可能性有

給与詳細


※基本給・固定残業代・一律手当の総額

基本給:月給 27万3000円 〜

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり6万3500円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり40時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:あり

1ヶ月あたり0円 〜 2万500円

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

※インセンティブあり

※別途、年2回の賞与あり。

※上記はあくまでも最低保証額です。

※上記は、月40時間分 63,500円の固定残業代を含んでいます。超過度分は別途支給。

※試用期間中の給与に変動はありません。

※役職手当あり(対象者)

<柔軟なインセンティブ制度で収入UP>

関わった案件が契約に繋がると、上限なくインセンティブを支給

アポイント取得業務を実施し、取得したアポイントが契約に繋がった場合インセンティブが支給されるので、入社初月から収入UPできる環境です。
