【代理店のお悩みを解決】

「事務処理に時間がかかっていて…」など、当社の保険を扱っている代理店へ保険販売に関するサポートを行う業務です。

実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり18日 〜 20日

9:00~17:00

※残業は推奨されておらず、「上司が帰らないと帰りづらい…」などは一切ありません。

契約更新期間:契約期間は1年間です。雇用から5年経過したのち、希望者は無期雇用契約への転換となります。また、正社員転換の道もあり、スキルに合わせた道をご用意しています。

給与詳細


基本給:月給 25万6500円 〜

固定残業代:あり

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:あり

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

月給256,500円~+賞与年3回(3回目は業績賞与)

※給与には固定残業代(62,745円/42時間相当)が含まれます。

※超過分は別途支給致します。

※試用期間は3ヶ月です。(給与・待遇に差異はありません。)

※契約期間/1年(雇用から5年経過したのち、希望者は無期雇用契約への転換となります。また、正社員転換の道もあり、スキルに合わせた道をご用意しています。)

※通勤・営業交通費全額支給
