・秘密保持誓約書、業務委託契約書等の契約書類のチェック
・不動産信託受益権取引の契約締結前交付書面等法定書類のチェック
・コンプライアンス業務
資格
求める資格・経験:

・法人向け事業用仲介業務経験者(重要事項説明書や各種契約書に係る知識)

・大手不動産会社等での企業法務経験
・法務・コンプライアンス業務経験
・宅地建物取引士資格
・ビジネスレベルの英語力

雇用条件:
正社員(試用期間6か月あり 試用期間中の給与は変更なし)
就業時間:
9:00‐18:00
休日:
- 完全週休2日制(土、日、祝日)
- 年末年始休暇(12月29日‐1月3日)
