仕事内容


渋谷道玄坂、O-EASTビル路面にオープンして22年目を迎えるライブハウス、

「duo Music Exchange」における、

事務、受付、社内サポート中心のお仕事です。

仕事は主にデスクワークですが、イベントが開催されるホールに隣接し、

毎日、音楽エンタメ業界の方が出入りする活気ある職場です。

チーム制でシフトを組み、できるところから少しずつ丁寧にお教えします。

※休憩1時間

※営業スケジュールにより、土日祝日はスタートが早いことがあります。

1日5時間程度から応相談。

シフトは1ヶ月単位で調整します。前月末に休み希望を取ります。

給与詳細


基本給:時給 1300円 〜

社員登用の場合、月給260,000円〜

上記月給には、見込み残業代30時間分が含まれ、超過分は別途支給いたします。

契約社員・正社員登用後は、昇給あり、業績・実績に基づき賞与あり。

職場環境


現場は20〜30代の若手中心ですが、幅広い年齢層のスタッフが在籍してチームで動いています。

デスク業務は2〜4名程度でシフトを組みます。ライブハウス営業時間は基本11-23時頃で、公演スケジュールによって変動します。

時間帯や営業時間に応じ、喫煙所または外で喫煙していただきます。
