【 Job Description】

【Responsibilities】

You'll be involved in financial service system development projects, from requirements definition all the way to release. Your responsibilities will include gathering client requirements, providing technical support, researching feasibility, and creating documentation. After service release, you'll also handle technical inquiries from clients and partners based on the technical specifications.

◎As an Architect, you will lead or support the team in the following:

・Understanding business requirements and logically organizing the pros and cons of multiple implementation approaches from the upstream design phase.

・Managing development-related adjustments and implementations, including selecting appropriate architectures and technologies, conducting code reviews, and ensuring quality control.

【Service Example】

The company provides Mitsubishi UFJ Bank with a "digital financial integration platform" that allows them to offer multiple financial services—such as securities, insurance, banking, and crowdfunding—all through a single account and application.

This system is designed to leverage the cloud's strengths in flexibility, scalability, and security control. It not only delivers a unified and straightforward customer experience but also enables the rapid deployment of new financial services and flexible data management and utilization for users.

【 Requirements】

■Required

【Practical or Learning Experience】

・Development experience using programming languages like Go, Java, Python, or JavaScript (personal projects count).

・Involvement in basic system design or operation (learning experience is fine too).

・Basic use of cloud environments like AWS, GCP, or Azure.

・Experience coordinating and negotiating with customers on projects (e.g., defining requirements, handling specification changes, solving issues).

【Knowledge & Experience】

・Basic understanding of the software development process (from requirements definition to release).

・Experience using version control systems like Git.

■Preferred

・Experience developing small-scale web or mobile applications.

・Experience using automation tools or scripts (e.g., implementing CI/CD).

・Interested in the finance or insurance industry.

・Experience in managing projects using offshore development.
