ポジションについて

同グループのクラウド環境の最適化、マルチクラウドソリューションの企画・実行により、最新テクノロジーで社員の生産性を高めること、データ活用を基盤に経営力・競争力を強化することを目指しています。
今回はその中でも、自分自身でプロジェクトを推進しながらメンバーを牽引していただきます。
■具体的な業務内容
クラウド環境の最適化(要件定義・設計・構築・運用・テスト)
既存IaaS・PaaS環境からのクラウドネイティブ化対応
サーバーレス/コンテナ/マイクロサービスなどクラウドネイティブ技術の実装
マルチクラウドソリューションの企画・推進
AWS/Azure等の強みを活かした環境設計と活用戦略立案
グローバル拠点を含めた導入展開・標準化の推進
クラウド環境上の生成AI環境構築
LLM活用検証
- トラストモデルの検証
技術強化部門へPoC環境提供
プロジェクト運営
プロジェクト参画(プロジェクトリーダ、プロジェクトマネジメントオフィス 等)
- プロジェクト進捗管理、課題管理、コスト管理、ステークホルダ管理 等
- プロジェクト会議アレンジ、ファシリーテート、資料作成 等

働き方

- フルフレックス制度はコアタイムがなく、かつ出社と在宅のハイブリッドで働きやすい環境です。

Requirements

- クラウドシステム構築経験
- グローバルプロジェクト経験
- ビジネスレベル以上の英語スキル

- グローバルプロジェクト経験(PM、PL、PMOなどの役割経験)
- AWSやAzureなどを活用したクラウドシステムの設計・構築プロジェクト経験
- グローバルプロジェクトにおける推進経験(海外拠点や外部パートナーとの協業を含む)
- コンテナ/マイクロサービスの技術を使ったクラウドネイティブプロジェクト経験
