Molex, a large Global Electronics leader, is looking for a dynamic and proactive Senior Finance Business Partner to support our Micro Solutions business unit. In this strategic role, you'll work hand-in-hand with business leaders to shape decisions, tackle complex challenges, and drive performance across a truly global organization.

What You Will Do

• Act as a trusted partner to business unit leaders, providing timely, relevant, and actionable financial insights that influence strategic decisions.
• Support strategic imperatives and business objectives by translating financial data into clear recommendations, ensuring alignment with long-term goals.
• Proactively identify financial risks and opportunities, leveraging data analysis and scenario modeling to support profitable growth and mitigate potential challenges.
• Demonstrate ownership and accountability for financial results, driving variance analysis, forecasting accuracy, and continuous improvement in performance metrics.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, and commercial teams to uncover and execute opportunities that enhance BU profitability.
• Champion process improvements and automation initiatives, streamlining reporting and analytics to enable faster, data-driven decisions.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience: Preferred 10+ years of progressive experience in finance, business partnering, or FP&A roles
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Communication: Ability to translate financial data into clear, concise business insights
• Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and work effectively across diverse teams
• Proactive Mindset: Entrepreneurial approach to identifying issues and driving innovative solutions
• Adaptability: Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving business environment

What Will Put You Ahead

• Advanced degree or certification (MBA, CPA)
• Experience with diverse financial reporting and accounting practices in large, global organizations
• Proven ability to work with international stakeholders and manufacturing operations
• Knowledge or experience with Business Intelligence (BI) platforms, Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications in finance and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technologies
