芸能人を起用した番組制作や広告企画を手がけ、企業とメディアをつなぐお仕事です

【1】お問い合わせ対応(反響営業中心)

HPやSNSを通じて「TVや雑誌に出たい」という企業様へご提案。飛び込みやノルマはありません。

【2】企画・提案

「どんな構成なら商品の魅力が伝わる?」

「どんなタレントさんならバズる?」

あなたのSNS感覚やアイデアがそのまま企画に活かされます

【3】番組・広告制作に参加

撮影や編集、キャスティングまで社内チームで担当。芸能人やモデルと同じ現場に立ち会える日もあります

【4】放映&効果検証

放送や掲載後は、反響をデータで分析。成果が数字で見えるから、やりがい抜群です

営業といっても「押し売り」や「飛び込み」は一切なし。

問い合わせいただいた企業様への対応が中心なので、未経験でも安心して始められます。

先輩社員がマンツーマンでフォローし、最初は企画の補助や簡単な資料作成からスタート。接客や販売の経験があれば、そのまま活かして即戦力になれる環境です。

完全週休二日制&柔軟な働き方でプライベート充実

土日休み+年間休日120日以上だから、エンタメ業界にいながらも規則正しい生活リズムを保てます。

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥280,000 〜 ¥4,500,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥66,000〜¥92,400(45時間相当分)を含む。45時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

400万円~500万円

<賃金内訳>

月額(基本給):月給 270,000円

固定残業代:あり(給与形態と同じ単位で支給)

1ヶ月あたり6万6000円 〜(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり45時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

※経験・スキルを考慮のうえ、当社規定にて決定

■昇給:年1回

■賞与:年2回(過去支給実績:計3ヵ月分)

賃金はあくまでも目安の金額であり、選考を通じて上下する可能性があります。

月給(月額)は固定手当を含めた表記です。

420万円/経験3年・28歳(月給27万円+賞与+各種手当)

500万円/経験5年・30歳(月給30万円+賞与+各種手当)
