仕事内容:

経理事務のポジションでは、企業の財務状況を正確に把握し、適切な経理業務を遂行していただきます。主な業務は以下の通りです。

  • 日常的な経理処理、仕訳業務
  • 月次・年次決算業務の実施
  • 財務諸表の作成および分析
  • 管理会計に関するデータ収集と報告
  • 予算管理および予実分析

経理や財務関連の実務経験

基本的なPC操作(Word, Excel)スキル

正確なデータ入力能力

  • 簿記の資格をお持ちの方
  • 経理業務のご経験がある方
  • 会計ソフト(freee・弥生会計など)の使用経験や知識をお持ちの方

勤務時間・曜日:

9:00~18:00

※固定時間制

※週5日勤務

給与:

  • 昇給・賞与あり(前年度実績あり)昇給年1回、賞与年2回
  • 通勤手当支給

固定時間制に基づくため、時間外勤務が発生した場合は、法定通りの残業手当を支給します。残業手当は、通常の時給の25%増しで支給されます。また、業績に応じたインセンティブ制度もあり、特定の目標達成時には追加の報酬が支給される場合があります。
