【部署の説明】

ファイナンシャルコントロール&マネージメント部は主に、会計、財務・規制報告、税務、経費管理、支払業務、管理会計、経営報告、企画・分析に関する事項を担っています。

当ポジションは、Management Reporting&Accountingチームのメンバーとして、主に経費に関する以下の業務をご担当頂きます。
(1) 会社経費全体における月次・四半期の決算業務、決算関連レポート作成、監査対応
(2) 会社全体・及び各部門別経費の予算策定サポート、予実管理・分析
(3) 会社経費に関する管理とコントロール、マネージメント報告、グループ報告

【職務内容】

会社費用関連のクロージングを中心とする財務会計業務の遂行を主とし、その他会社経費に関する管理会計・レポーティング業務のサポート業務を担当して頂きます。

(財務会計)
■決算関連業務
- 月次/四半期/年次決算における対応及びチームマネージャーのサポート
- JGAAP および IFRS の期末決算処理
- 補助元帳と総勘定元帳の照合
- 税務当局の監査、外部会計監査人からの問い合わせや資料請求の対応・サポート
- 決算値分析
- 財務会計チーム及び本社関係社に対する経費関連書類・データの策定
■その他会計業務
- 内部規程、業務指示書、会計関連データ管理規定などの見直し・策定及びサポート
- 決算、会計全般プロセス効率化に向けた施策の提案・実行
- 他部署・他チームからの問い合わせ対応(取引に使用する勘定科目、仕分支援等)

(管理会計及びレポーティング業務)
■経費管理
- 予算策定、見込値算定サポート
- その他管理会計業務のサポート
■レポーティング業務
- オランダ本社および日本経営層へのレポーティング作成サポート(JGAAP および IFRS ベースの財務・経費関連レポーティング)
- オランダ本社 / 規制当局リクエストや問い合わせの対応
■その他経費関連業務に関連するプロジェクト

■Explanation of division

Financial Control & Management Division is in charge of Matters concerning accounting, expense control, financial and regulatory reporting, taxation, management reporting, as well as planning and analysis.
In Financial Control & Management division, this position is to:
1) Record and report expense incurred in a timely and accurate manner per financial accounting requirements, contributing to the preparation of expense related disclosures in external financial and regulatory reporting (e.g., Financial Service Authority, Life Insurance Association of Japan) 
2) Support the budgeting process for the company and analysis of actual vs plan
3) Company cost management and control, management reporting and group reporting

■Job Description

Primarily responsible for performing financial accounting tasks focused on expense-related closing, while also supporting management accounting and reporting tasks related to company expenses. 

(Financial Accounting)
■Closing
- Manage the quality and timeliness of expense related deliverables for JGAAP and IFRS period-end closing and provide support for the team manager.
- Provide accounting support to finance and non-finance teams on expense matters (e.g., prepayment/ accrual, capitalization, depreciation/ amortization) considering materiality and different GAAP requirements (i.e., IFRS and JGAAP), particularly matters involving professional accountancy. Handle period-end and year-end adjustments. 
- Reconciliation of subsidiary ledgers and general ledger
- Support and response to audits by tax authorities and inquiries or document requests from external auditors.
- Perform variance analysis on key differences.
- Provide accounting related documents/figure in reponse to other internal parties including financial accounting team and Headquarter
■Others
- Review and update accounting policy / procedure / accounting-related data management policy in accordance with the head office / local regulatory / local business requirements.
- Propose and implement measures to improve the efficiency of closing and overall accounting processes
- Respond to inquiries from other departments and teams (e.g., account usage for transactions, assistance with journal entries)

(Management Accounting and Management Reporting)
■Planning and forecasting
- Support the expense budgeting and estimation of expense forecast
- Support other tasks related to management accounting
■Reporting
- Support for the preparation of management reports for the headquarters and Japanese management (including financial and expense-related reporting based on JGAAP and IFRS)
- Respond to requests and inquiries from the Dutch headquarters/regulatory authorities
■Projects regarding to expense matters
