業務内容 / Key Responsibilities:

    • 財務方針や手続きの遵守を確保する
    • 売掛金・買掛金の取引を処理する
    • 給与および税金支払のレビューと承認を行う
    • 正確性のための財務報告書を作成・確認する
    • ホテルの予算更新を監視し管理する
    • 収入監査や日次収入調整を実施する
    • ベンダー契約と与信限度を確認し管理する
    • 月次財務レビューとクレジットミーティングを調整する
    • 在庫およびコスト監査をレビューし管理する
    • 年間資本計画の作成と管理を支援する
    • Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
    • Handle accounts receivable and payable transactions
    • Review and approve payroll and tax payments
    • Prepare and review financial reports for accuracy
    • Monitor and manage hotel budget updates
    • Conduct income audits and daily income reconciliations
    • Verify and manage vendor contracts and credit limits
    • Coordinate monthly financial reviews and credit meetings
    • Review and manage inventory and cost audits
    • Assist in creating and managing the annual capital plan

応募資格 / Qualifications:

    • ホスピタリティ業界での5年以上の経理経験
    • 日本語と英語の流暢さ(必須)
    • 売掛金・買掛金プロセスの経験
    • 給与処理および税金支払の知識
    • 財務報告およびコンプライアンスの経験
    • ホテル管理ソフト(例: Opera, Micros)の知識があれば尚可
    • 財務監査および調整の経験
    • コストおよび在庫管理のための強力な分析スキル
    • スピーディーな環境での作業能力
    • 5+ years of accounting experience in hospitality industry
    • Fluency in Japanese and English (mandatory)
    • Experience with accounts receivable and payable processes
    • Knowledge of payroll processing and tax payments
    • Experience with financial reporting and compliance
    • Familiarity with hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Micros) is preferred but not mandatory
    • Experience with financial auditing and reconciliation
    • Strong analytical skills for cost and inventory management
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
