コマース経理部は、コマース&マーケティングカンパニーの経理部門です。事業カテゴリーによって8つの課に分かれており、各事業及び子会社の財務会計領域全般を担っています。

新規サービス開発や事業再編等、様々な事業や事業環境の変化に対して、経理の最前線で財務経理を代表する立場で、事業関係者や法務・総務・マーケティング等の他の専門部署と協議し、ビジネスプロセスを構築し、事業を発展させる役割を担っています。

知名度も高く社会的影響も大きいビジネス運営の重要な一部を担う組織です。

ビジネスの成長を支え続ける為、経理組織の中心メンバーとして、組織の成長を支え、組織の柱となれるマネジメントメンバーを募集

業務内容

シニアマネージャー(候補)として、経理の組織・メンバー・タスクのマネジメントを実施していただきます。

<主な業務内容>

・コマースカンパニーに属する事業の月次、四半期、年度の会計処理

・子会社の会計処理、税務処理、報告書作成等業務

・債権債務の管理

・新サービス開始や、ビジネスプロセス変更に伴う会計処理や会計プロセスの変更検討

・販売管理システムや経理システムの導入に関する業務

・経理プロセス全般のDX推進

働く環境

・コマース経理部メンバーは83名

・平均残業時間:20時間/月程度

※楽天グループのコーポレート経理財務部門と一体でのローテーションを実施

必須要件:

・月次、四半期決算を含む財務会計業務全般に関するマネジメントが出来ること

・経理を代表する立場で事業担当者や法務等の他専門部門と話が出来ること

・IFRSに関する知識

・税務に関する知識

・経理DXの経験、興味、チャレンジ意欲

歓迎要件:

・プロジェクトマネジメントの経験

・10人以上の組織のマネジメント経験

・SAPの使用経験
