部署・サービスについて
配属先は 楽天グループ株式会社 調達オペレーション部ソーシングオペレーション課となります。調達オペレーション部は楽天グループ全体の調達オペレーションの責任を負いますが、そのなかでソーシングオペレーション課は全社ソーシングの集中機能としての役割があり、取引先の選定及び交渉を事業部門と連携し、推進しております。

Tech Serviceのグループ集中購買を推進するため、ソーシングオペレーション課配下に Tech Serviceソーシング専任チームを組成しており、当該専任チームのマネージャーを募集致します。Tech Serviceは主に次のサービスを含みます。(その他のカテゴリを含む場合もあります。)

1)システム開発委託

2)システムインテグレーション

3)マネージドサービス

4)その他エンジニアリングアウトソース

Tech Service 領域におけるグループ集中購買の推進

業務内容
・グループTech Service費用・契約の見える化推進

・グループTech Serviceの調達戦略の立案及び実行のリード

・Tech Service費用の最適化、コストダウン推進

・Tech Service領域の主要サプライヤとのリレーション構築

・関係部門との連携リード

働く環境
約80人

必須要件:
・調達/購買等の関連部門での経験のある方(目安10年以上)

・業務委託領域の購買活動の経験のある方(目安5年以上)

歓迎要件:
・購買ルール策定/運用のご経験

・Tech Serviceカテゴリのなかでもテレコム事業における購買活動の経験のある方

・業務委託調達領域におけるRFP作成の経験のある方

・グローバル調達の経験のある方

・ビジネスレベルの英語力

その他:
勤務地に関する補足

TOEIC スコア800点以上もしくは相当の英語力
