部署・サービスについて
配属先は楽天グループ株式会社調達オペレーション部となります。調達オペレーション部は楽天グループ全体の調達オペレーションの責任を負いますが、そのなかでグローバルソーシング課は全社ソーシングの集中機能としての役割があり、取引先の選定及び交渉を事業部門と連携し、推進しております。

テックサービスや間接材のグループ集中購買を推進するため、グローバルソーシング課配下にテックサービスカテゴリソーシング及び間接材の専任チームを組成しております。

調達品は主に次のものを含みます。(その他のカテゴリーを含む場合もあります。)

1.プロフェッショナルサービス(例:ソフトウェア開発、通信ネットワークアーキテクチャ設計、ネットワーク計画サービス、ネットワーク機器やソフトウェアのテストおよび検証活動などのスコープベースの注文)

2.マネージドサービス(オンデマンドサポート、レガシーシステムの監視およびトラブルシューティングなどのサービス実行を含む)

3.時間と材料に基づくリソース増強にかかる費用

4.ネットワークインフラストラクチャおよびその他の資産に対する年コメ間保守サービス。楽天グループの事業活動を行う上で必須の汎用品や汎用サービス。

働く環境
調達オペレーション統括部:約80名

必須要件:
・調達/購買等の関連部門での経験のある方(目安3年以上)

・日本語力(母国語あるいは日本語検定N1以上)

歓迎要件:
・テックサービス若しくは間接材領域の購買活動の経験のある方

・契約交渉やRFP/RFQの経験のある方

・グローバル調達の経験のある方

・テレコム事業における調達の経験のある方

・TOEICスコア800点以上お持ちの方
