部署・サービスについて
調達オペレーション部は楽天グループの中央調達機能として、グループ全体の調達業務を管理します。そのなかでグローバルソーシング課は社内の事業部門と連携し、サプライヤー選定や交渉などのソーシング活動をリードします。間接材&サービスチーム(Indirect Materials and Services, IM&S)はセールス&マーケティング、ビジネス・プロセス・アウトソーシング(BPO)、オフィス用品などを含む間接材カテゴリのソーシングを管理しています。

間接材ソーシンググループにおける集中購買推進力の強化および、より効率的で成熟したソーシングの実践を目指し採用を実施。

業務内容
・ セールス&マーケティング、またはビジネス・プロセス・アウトソーシング(BPO)におけるソーシングプロジェクトの管理

・ 担当カテゴリの集中購買の全社的な導入・展開の推進

・ 担当カテゴリのカテゴリソーシング戦略の策定

・ 間接材カテゴリ全体の支出を最適化し、コスト削減施策を推進

・ 社内ステークホルダーおよび関係部門との整合・連携を確保

働く環境
調達オペレーション部全体で80名程度。うち間接材グループで5-10名。

必須要件:
・ 3年以上のソーシングの実務経験

・ 間接材ソーシングの実務経験を歓迎(特にマーケティング/BPOカテゴリの経験)

・ 支出分析、サプライヤー市場調査、候補サプライヤーの探索(外部市場および社内データベースから)、RFI/RFP作成と競争入札、交渉、サプライヤー評価と選定、契約交渉・締結、サ プライヤーリレーションシップマネジメント(SRM)等を含む、上流から下流までのソーシング全体を管理した実績

・ リーダーシップ(社内ステークホルダーおよびサプライヤーに影響を与え合意形成し、プロジェクト完遂に導く能力)

・ プロジェクトマネジメントスキル(複数案件を並行で管理し、期限内に高品質で成果を出すスキル)

・ Microsoft Office(PowerPoint・Excel・Word)の実務レベルの操作スキル

・ 調達システムおよびERPシステムの使用経験

歓迎要件:
・ 調達ルールの策定・運用経験

・ 契約法およびコンプライアンスの知識

・ プロジェクトマネジメントまたはコンサルティングの経験
