部署・サービスについて
配属先は楽天グループ株式会社調達オペレーション部となります。調達オペレーション部は楽天グループ全体の調達オペレーションの責任を負いますが、そのなかでグローバルソーシング課は全社ソーシングの集中機能としての役割があり、取引先の選定及び交渉を事業部門と連携し、推進しております。

ハードウェアや間接材のグループ集中購買を推進するため、グローバルソーシング課配下にハードウェアカテゴリソーシング及び間接材の専任チームを組成しております。

調達品は主に次のものを含みます。(その他のカテゴリーを含む場合もあります)

1.通信設備(携帯電話基地局設備、スイッチ・ルーター機器、サーバ機器、試験設備等)

2.通信設備の保守およびメンテナンス。また、事業領域としては、国内外のモバイル事業に関連する調達が多く、楽天モバイルや楽天シンフォニーが注力領域の一つとなります。

3.楽天グループの事業活動を行う上で必須の汎用品や汎用サービス

業務内容
・ハードウェア/間接材 調達先の選定

・ハードウェア/間接材 調達条件交渉および契約締結

・ハードウェア/間接材 費用の最適化、コストダウン推進

・主要サプライヤとのリレーション構築

・国内外関係部門との連携

働く環境
約80名

必須要件:
・調達/購買等の関連部門での経験のある方(目安3年以上)

・日本語力(母国語あるいは日本語検定N1以上)

・英語力(ビジネスレベルのスピーキングとリスニングが可能な方)

歓迎要件:
・ハードウェア若しくは間接材領域の購買活動の経験のある方

・契約交渉やRFP/RFQの経験のある方

・グローバル調達の経験のある方

・テレコム事業における調達の経験のある方

・TOEICスコア800点または以上
