正社員として月給30万円以上からスタート。兵庫県三木市を中心に、戸建て住宅の足場工事における組み立て・解体作業をお任せします。

業績好調により業務拡大中の当社では、未経験から手に職をつけられる環境を整えています。太陽光パネルや蓄電池の設置工事に必要となる「足場」の組み立てと解体をお任せします。足場スタッフといっても特別な経験や資格はいっさい必要なし。未経験から月給30万円に加え、年3回の賞与や決算賞与もあり、充実した待遇であなたをお迎えします。

【具体的な業務内容】

戸建て住宅の足場工事を3~4名のチームで担当します。リーダーの指示をもとに進行するのでシンプルで進めやすいのが特徴です。

・資材のトラックへの積み込み

・現地での足場の組み立て

・工事完了後の足場の解体・撤去

・翌日の作業準備や指示書の確認

担当するのは基本すべて戸建て住宅。住まいのカタチに応じて足場の組み方も変わってきますので、チームの皆と丁寧に作業を進めていく面白さがあります。

【入社後のサポート体制】

最初の3ヶ月は、座学・実技を組み合わせた研修を実施。足場の組み立てに使う工具や、鉄骨資材などの名称や役割、使い方からしっかり教えます。現場にでたら先輩がマンツーマンで指導。気を付ける点や、効率的なやり方などのノウハウを教えます。独り立ちまでは半年~1年ほどを想定していますので、焦らずじっくり成長できます。

【1日のスケジュール例】

・09:00~ 準備・足場の組み立てを開始

・12:00 お昼休憩。休憩のタイミングは自由

・13:00~ 次の現場に移動。足場の解体作業

・15:00~ 作業完了。片付け・事務所へ向かいます

・16:00~ 指示書の確認など、明日の準備

基本は、午前・午後で組み立て・解体のいずれかを1現場ずつ対応します。
