マリタイムセキュリティ統括部は、主に海上自衛隊の護衛艦や航空機に搭載するソーナーシステムや地上での解析システムの開発をしている組織です。

【職務内容】

護衛艦や地上の解析システムに関する下記内容を担当頂く予定です。

プロジェクトリーダーのもと、インフラ構築の主担当として実作業を担う関係会社を牽引し、顧客調整から設計〜構築作業までをリードして頂きます。

・サーバ、DB、ネットワーク、PCについて顧客運用のヒアリング

・要件定義、設計、製品選定、環境構築、操作教育及びサービスイン後の問い合わせ対応

幅広いスキルが必要となりますが得意領域や希望を踏まえた上で実際の業務アサインを決めていきます。

応募資格 / Qualifications

【MUST】

下記の全てを満たすこと

・一般的なシステム構築における上流工程の経験2年以上

・サーバ、ストレージ、データベース、ネットワーク、クライアント環境等いずれかの構築知識

・顧客調整

【WANT】

・作業計画・管理(WBS作成、進捗管理、リスク管理)の経験

・ベンダー管理の経験(主任採用の場合はMUST)

【求める人物像・ソフトスキル】

・自ら考えて行動を起こして、積極的なコミュニケーションを取り、関係者と共に協働出来ること

・海上自衛隊の事業に興味があり当該領域のシステム開発に携わりたい、という「意欲」と「熱意」を持っている方

【想定報酬】

担当:

・年収450万〜650万円程度

・月給28万〜40万円程度(月額基本給28万〜40万円程度を含む)

主任:

・年収680万〜990万円程度

・月給45万〜70万円程度(月額基本給35万〜60万円程度を含む)

※前職年収を考慮、当社規定による
