Introduction
We are seeking a talented professional to support the YieldStar metrology process development and performance improvement for Micron.
Role and Responsibilities
- Understand customer needs, create clear problem descriptions with customers, and deliver solutions in an efficient manner.
- Lead escalations as customer interface, communicating with ASML experts in Veldhoven, the Netherlands.
- Collaborate across departments to share lessons learned and stay up-to-date with BKMs (best known methods).
- Manage and maintain relationships with Micron and ASML stakeholders.
- Support other ASML products as needed, such as EUV, DUV, VCP, etc.
Education and Experience
A Master's degree or 3 years of experience in the semiconductor industry is required.
Skills
- Strong communication skills (verbal, written, presentation)
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Basic computer proficiency (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
- Data analysis skills (Excel, MATLAB, Python, R, etc.)
- English requirements: TOEIC 600+, ability to lead technical discussions
Optional
- Semiconductor knowledge and experience, especially front-end processes
- Project management experience
- Japanese skill JLPT N2, daily conversation level
- Lead technical conversations by Japanese in customer meetings
Work Environment
The work location for this position is Higashi-Hiroshima city. Onsite support is required, and clean room work may be necessary occasionally.
Compensation and Benefits
Expected annual salary: ¥5,000,000-
Expected monthly salary: ¥365,000-
This includes basic salary and bonuses. Overtime pay is also provided.
Salary revisions and bonuses are offered annually in March.
