〇アニメ&IP事業本部とは?
IPビジネスの拡大を目指し、アニメ作品を中心とした企画プロデュースを行っています。
オリジナルアニメ開発やコミック原作のアニメ化をはじめ、「ABEMA」との連動企画や、広告・宣伝機能、人気 IPのグッズ制作・マーチャンダイジング機能など、グローバル市場を見据えた総合的な事業を展開しています。
募集背景
近年、日本のアニメは全世界に広がり、新しいファンを次々と獲得しています。
その中で、日本の質の高いコンテンツのポテンシャルは非常に大きく、サイバーエージェントグループとしても映像コンテンツの力を活用してそのポテンシャルを最大限に引き出すことを目指しています。
数年前からアニメ/実写映画の製作領域に参入している当社ですが、今後さらに多くのステークホルダーの皆様と協力し、全世界に感動と熱狂を届けるアニメコンテンツを作るため、体制を強化したいと考えています。

業務内容
アニメ/映画/を中心としたコンテンツの制作・販売に関連する業務を主とします。
【具体的には】
❶各種契約対応・条件交渉調整業務
a) 海外番組販売および契約の調整/締結
b) 海外商品化許諾の条件交渉および契約の調整/締結
c) 国内番組販売(配信権販売)または国内商品化許諾の条件交渉および契約の調整/締結
d) 音楽出版事務(特に放送局系の音楽出版社でのご経験歓迎)
e) 原作会社様との原作許諾契約、制作会社様との制作委託契約、出資各社様との製作委員会契約の調整
❷知的財産権管理
知的財産関連業務、著作権管理、商標・意匠登録手続等
ポジションの魅力
(法務部配属をご希望の場合は)商事法務などライツ以外の法務経験も積むことができる
