本ポジションはサービスセールスとしてコマーシャル領域で率先してビジネス拡大をしていくポジションです。
サービスセールスとして
売上、利益に貢献することを目的とし、四半期毎、年間の目標を達成するためのセールス業務 Lenovoのサービスメニューの中で、アドバンスドサービス(DaaS, Configuration、Deploy、DWS Managed、Project Oriented, Sustainability Service)のオポチュイティ―発掘から提案、契約締結の営業アクションを実施し、デリバリー組織及びパートナーへのハンドオーバーしお客様へサービスを提供完了まで責任をもって実施します。

レノボジャパン、アカウントセールス及びビジネスパートナーの新規や既存の関係者と良好な関係を構築し、要件を適切に理解し、関連部門との調整を円滑に行い、お客様の期待を上回る提案書を作成するといった営業活動をすることで、売り上げ、利益を拡大する 大型案件を個々に精査しオーナーシップをもって案件ごとにお客様の営業を行う。

opportunity分析に基づき、営業ツールを提供しレノボジャパンの営業を行う お客様からエスカレーションされた案件を迅速に解決処理する 売り上げが目標に達しないときは自ら解決に向け行動を起こ達成へ最大限の行動を実施しする お客様へ提供するサービスを通じてお客様満足度を維持・向上させる.
