IT業界に関心はあるものの、未経験で不安をお持ちの方もご安心ください。

当社では、未経験からWEBデザイナーとして成長できる環境 を整えており、必要な知識や技術は入社後に基礎から丁寧に研修いたします。

経験の有無に関わらず、意欲のある方を歓迎しています。

【研修内容の流れ】

  • STEP1:入社前

内定後、入社までの期間を使い、プログラミング自主学習をサポート

教材費は100%会社が負担します。

並行してあなたのキャリアプランを決めていきましょう

  • STEP2:入社後~研修

現役エンジニアによるHTML・CSS・Javascript・PHP等、WEB制作に必要とする基礎的な開発言語学習を行っていきます。

PHPでのアプリ開発やWEBデザイン制作に挑戦

研修は自社独自のカリキュラムをもとに、じっくり半年間かけて実施。

基礎から応用まで段階的に学べる内容で、現場で通用する力がしっかり身につきます。

さらに、週4回の勉強会では、仲間と切磋琢磨しながらスキルアップ。

講師は現場のプロ。1on1で教えてくれるから、置いていかれることはありません。

資格取得にかかる費用も、すべて会社が負担します。

圧倒的に成長できる環境が、ここにはあります。

  • STEP3:研修終了後

Webデザイナー/Webエンジニアとしていよいよデビュー

システム開発、HP制作(ロゴ・バナー作成)などの業務をお任せ

  • STEP4:その後

先輩が活躍するプロジェクトでデビュー

マスコミやゲーム、メーカー、ITなど多彩な業界で簡単な業務からスタートします。

  • 身につく学べるスキル一覧

・PCの操作方法やwebの基礎知識

・Office関連の知識、実践スキル

・HTML/CSS,Javascript,PHP,などのWEB系言語

・プログラミング学習をサポートITの基礎からレクチャー

・某大手ECサイトのWEB作成

・金融系のスマホアプリ開発

・フリマサイトのアプリ設計 等

実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり18日 〜 19日

勤務時間:10:00~19:00(休憩1時間)

基本給:月給 26万円 〜 45万円

固定残業代:なし
