マネージドサービスソリューションセールス
主な職務内容
Dell Technologies Service事業部に所属し、コアセールスやプリセールスと共に、お客様のデータセンター系ITインフラサービスの運用課題をマネージドサービスというソリューションで課題解決に導きます。具体的な職務内容は以下の通りです。
- 財務目標を達成するために、グローバル・アジアパシフィックリージョンの戦略に基づき、日本でのGTM戦略を立案し、その計画に基づいた営業活動を推進し、財務目標を達成する責任を持ち、その結果と経過を定期的に報告します。
- コアセールスチーム、お客様に対して、マネージドサービスポートフォリオの紹介をしながら啓もう活動と引き合い創出活動を行います。
- コアセールスチームが作成するアカウントプランに参画し、マネージドサービスの機会創出を行ったり、戦略的に提案する機会を創ります。
- プロフェッショナルサービス(コンサルティング、導入・構築、保守)に関する基本的な知識を有した上でマネージドサービスの提案活動を推進します。
- お客様の課題、ご要望、RFPにお応えするマネージドサービスソリューションをポートフォリオに照らし合わせ、最適な提案をするためにコアセールスチームやプリセールスチーム、デリバリーチームと協力しながら、ベストプラクティスも参考にしながらマネージドサービスの提案をリードします。
- お客様固有のマネージドサービスを提供する場合には、デリバリーチームに協力を仰ぎ、実現できるよう働きかけます。
- ソリューションプリンシパルがリードする提案書がお客様にとって最適であるか検証し、必要に応じて加筆修正を行います。
- お客様が予算確保に必要となる情報を提供し、契約の締結ができるようコアセールスチームと協力します。
- 受注した場合には、提案したデリバリー内容が履行できるようにソリューションプリンシパルと協力してデリバリーチームに引継ぎます。
応募条件
- 10年以上IT業界でのサービス(マネージドサービス、システムインテグレーションなど)の営業経験
- ハードウェア製品、クラウドサービス、運用の基礎知識及び提案経験
- 英語力(TOEIC 800点以上)
