【仕事内容】
- システム、ソフトウェア、機能検証を統合した計画を策定・維持(RTCワークパッケージ/vFIPの活用)
- 進捗管理データベース(RTCワークパッケージ)の更新(作業完了時または進捗会議前に実施)
- リアルタイムダッシュボードを用いた定期会議で進捗・スコープ・優先順位の調整
- システム、ソフトウェア、機能検証に関わるメンバーを巻き込み、詳細な作業項目(Epics/Stories/Tasks)を作成
- OEMを含むプロジェクトステークホルダーへ進捗報告
- 各チーム間の依存関係を調整(システム、ソフトウェア、機能検証、その他の専門領域)
- システム・ソフトウェア開発・機能検証に関するリスクを特定し、適切にエスカレーション

- リリース計画の達成度
- プロダクトバックログの優先順位付けとビジネス目標の整合性
- スプリント目標達成率
- 顧客満足度(フィードバック・アンケート結果)
- イノベーション指標(新機能の追加数・改善施策)

- 製品ビジョンとロードマップの確立(主要機能、マイルストーン、タイムラインの策定)
- フィードバックとロードマップに沿った定期的な機能開発とリリース
- 顧客満足度の向上(フィードバック・利用状況の改善)
