・日本市場向けデジタル戦略の企画・実行
・ウェブサイト運営・コンテンツ最適化
・SEO対策(キーワード分析、技術的SEO)
・SEM・広告運用(Google Ads、Microsoft Ads)
・ソーシャルメディア施策の企画・実施
・マーケティングオートメーション(Eloqua)によるリード育成
[分析・データ関連]
・データ分析(GA4、Power BI)で効果測定・改善提案
・マーケティングダッシュボードの管理・レポート作成
・データベースの管理・セグメンテーション(Salesforce、Eloqua)
・データプライバシー法遵守のための定期チェック
【必須(MUST)】
・5年以上のデジタルマーケティング全般(SEO、SEM、Web管理、SNS)経験
・分析力、MarTechツール活用(Eloqua、Salesforce、Sitecore)
・日本語・英語での高いコミュニケーション能力
・B2Bマーケティング経験、Salesチームとの協業経験
【歓迎(WANT)】
・Eloquaなどのマーケティングオートメーションツールの使用経験
・SalesforceなどのCRMツールの使用経験
・SitecoreなどのCMSの使用経験
・日本市場特有のデジタルチャネルやコンプライアンス要件(例:データプライバシー法)への理解
