仕事内容:

採用や社員サポートを中心に、組織づくりに関わる人事業務を担当していただきます。

・応募者対応(メール連絡・日程調整)

・面接準備、会議室の手配

・入社書類の作成・管理

・社内研修の運営補助

・社員情報の管理

・社内イベントのサポート

・未経験向け研修への参加

・ジョブローテーションで他部署の理解を深める機会あり
