職務内容 Roles and Responsibilities <業務内容>

・給与計算及び社会保険手続代行業務(月次給与、賞与、退職金計算、年末調整、法定調書作成等)

・給与計算に関する源泉所得税・社会保険に関するクライアントコンタクト

・その他人事労務業務支援(希望と適正によりクライアント先に一定期間常駐していただく場合もございます。)

※上記はクライアントに提供するサービスの一部です。業務範囲としては、給与計算・社会保険手続きが中心となりますが、ご本人の希望・適性に応じて、コンサルティング業務や人事労務関連の幅広い経験を積んでいただくことができます。

<業務やチームの特徴>

・リモートワーク制度を導入していますので、フレキシブルに働いていただくことが可能です。

・フレックスタイム制度(コアタイム無し)を導入していますので、各自の業務の繁閑に応じてスケジュール管理をして働いていただくことが可能です。

・クライアントとのコミュニケーションは英語の比率が高いものの、社内のコミュニケーションは日本語となります。

登録資格 Qualification

<必須要件>

・給与計算、社会保険業務の実務経験(月次給与、賞与、退職金計算、年末調整、法定調書作成等)が2年以上ある方

・システムやテクノロジーの活用に抵抗のない方

・英語に抵抗のない方

・システムやテクノロジーの活用に強みのある方

・英語でクライアントコンタクトの経験のある方
