Job Description

  • 法人税、消費税申告に必要なデータの準備、税理士への提出
  • 月次・四半期・年次決算対応
  • 税務調査対応
  • Internal Audit対応
  • グローバルのAccountingポリシーに従っての会計処理
  • 各種実績Reporting業務
  • SOXの運用・管理
  • 償却資産税の申告
  • 各種納税処理
  • 固定資産管理(リース資産含む)
  • 買掛、売掛、与信業務のバックアップ
  • その他各種業務上の要請に基づくアドホック対応
  • 業務改善

上記業務は一例であり、状況に応じて対応していただきます。一般会計及び買掛金部門の統括ポジションであり、決算業務の進捗管理含めて他の一般会計・買掛金部門スタッフをまとめ、かつ他の経理部スタッフとも連携して業務をこなしていくポジションとなります。また、ファイナンスコントローラーの業務のバックアップとしての役割も期待されるポジションです。

Qualifications


必須

  • 経理部門での10年以上の業務経験
  • 決算業務経験(月次・四半期・年次)
  • 会計全般の知識(決算業務を一通りこなせる方)
  • SAP FI の経験
  • 税務知識(法人税、消費税、償却資産税、源泉税、印紙税)
  • Excel(Vlookup、SUMIF等関数が使用できるレベル)
  • ビジネスレベルの英語力(メールだけでなく、英語でのミーティングで意思疎通のできる方)
  • 問題解決能力
  • コミュニケーション能力

尚可

  • プロジェクトマネージメントの経験
  • HFM (Hyperion) の経験
  • US GAAP の知識、経験
  • SOXの下での業務経験
  • 税務申告の経験(税理士法人との対応含む)
  • Web Bankingの経験
  • SAPシステム経験(FI以外のモジュール)
