仕事内容:

【東京都内の建設現場にて、内外装のシーリング防水工事全般を行っています】

・主に、大手建設会社(スーパーゼネコン)が管理する建設現場が私達の仕事場になります。

・これまで新築工事、改修工事を問わず、小~大規模、低~超高層、マンション、オフィスビルなど…多種多様な現場を納めてきました。その実績が評価され、注目度の高いビッグプロジェクトに参加する事もあります。

【シーリング防水工事とは??】

・建物外部の外壁や窓まわりなどに造られた目地や、室内の水まわり(キッチン、浴室、洗面など)の隙間が私達の施工対象になります。

・その目地や隙間に「シーリング材」と呼ばれる材料を充填することで、「防水性」「気密性」が高まり雨水や外気が建物内部へ侵入することが出来なくなります。結果的に建物の耐久力を高め劣化を防ぐ、重要な役割を担う専門工事です。

【シーリング防水施工技能士とは??】

・卓越した技術と技能を有し、適切な施工方法を提案~実現する、シーリング防水工事のスペシャリストの事。

・厚生労働大臣認定の技能検定に合格することで、「シーリング防水施工技能士」の国家資格を取得することが出来ます。

勤務時間・曜日:

・変形労働制(1年単位)

・月曜〜土曜勤務

・平日:8:00~17:30(実働7.5h/休憩2h)

・土日祝:8:00~17:00(実働7h/休憩2h)

※残業は基本なし(発生時は法定手当支給)

08:00 朝礼・元請ミーティング参加

08:15 作業開始

10:00 休憩(30分)

10:30 作業再開

・法定休日:日曜日

・所定休日:年間カレンダーによる一部の土曜、祝日(現場の都合により、平日が休みになる場合も)

・長期休暇:GW、お盆、年末年始

・現場へ直行直帰(公共交通機関利用)

給与:

【給与】

日給13,000円〜

└ 未経験:13,000円スタート(随時昇給)

└ 経験者:能力・実績に応じて優遇(面談時に決定)

・実働平均7.4時間 → 時給換算1,757円〜

【昇給・賞与】

・昇給は能力に応じて随時行います

・賞与は基本的にはありませんが、業績により支給いたします

・職長手当:1,000円~/1日(任命時)

・家賃補助:月額3万円/最長5年間(※支給要件あり)
