弊社トップクライアントの一社である大手企業にて、
建設業界のデジタルトランスフォーメーションを推進し、
将来的なIPOを見据えたIT基盤強化のため、Server Engineer を募集しております。
現在、建設業界全体のDXを通じて、国内およびグローバルで社会に大きなインパクトを与えること を
中核戦略として掲げています。
現在、経営およびIT体制の大幅な刷新を進めており、
大手グローバル企業にて Group CIO を務めた経験を持つ新CIOを迎え入れ、
日本のトップテックリーダーの一人と共に、新たな"メガチーム"を編成中 です。 また、CEOは米国で学位を取得した新しいリーダー であり、
建設業界におけるDXの重要性を深く理解しています。

さらに、DX推進体制を強化するため、
新たにCIO・CTO・VPoTを迎え入れ、Cレベルチームを刷新。

こうした背景のもと、これまでベンダー中心だった体制から脱却し、
サーバー/インフラ/セキュリティといった中核技術の内製化 を推進しています。
本ポジションでは、Server Engineer として、
建設業界のDX推進およびIPO準備を技術面から支える中核メンバーとして、
将来的なグローバル展開を見据えた
安定性・拡張性の高いIT基盤の構築・運用を担っていただきます。
主な業務内容
・社内サーバー(Windows / Linux)の設計、構築、運用、保守 ・オンプレミス環境を中心としたサーバー/インフラ基盤の運用管理
・仮想化基盤(VMware、Nutanix 等)の運用・管理
・サーバーのパフォーマンス監視、障害対応、原因分析および再発防止策の実施
・セキュリティポリシーに基づいたサーバー運用・アクセス管理
・ログ管理、監視基盤の運用および改善
・ITインフラ改善に向けた技術検討、標準化、ドキュメント整備
・外部ベンダーとの技術的な調整、レビューおよび管理
・DXプロジェクト、新システム導入に伴うインフラ対応
チーム・組織体制
・IT部門人数:約28名 ・インフラ/プラットフォームチーム:複数名体制
・レポートライン:ITインフラマネージャー
・CIO/CTO/VPoT直下でのプロジェクト関与機会あり
・将来的に、シニアエンジニア/テックリード/マネジメントポジション へのキャリアパスを想定
Requirements
■必須要件・オンプレミス環境(VMware等)でのサーバ運⽤経験
・Windowsサーバの構築・運⽤経験
・ActiveDirectory/EntraID等の認証基盤の運⽤経験
・障害時に構成を理解した上で切り分け対応ができる⽅
・基本的なNWの知識
・インフラ/情シス領域での導⼊/運⽤経験または上記領域での導⼊/運⽤経験3年以上

・仮想基盤の更改/移⾏プロジェクト経験
・syslogを⽤いたログ連携/集約/運⽤経験
・セキュリティ製品(EDR/SIEM/エンドポイント管理等)の運⽤経験
・クラウド(AWS/Azure)環境の利⽤・移⾏経験
・Nutanix等HCI環境の知識・経験
・PowerShell/Bash等による運⽤⾃動化経験
・servicenowを⽤いたインフラ基盤の管理経験
Benefits
雇用形態:正社員・想定年収:〜800万円(経験・能力を考慮の上決定)
