仕事内容:

「旅先で出会った景色」「現地の人の言葉」「忘れられない体験」——そんなワクワクを、"次に旅する誰か"へ増やしていく仕事です。

今いちばん必要なのは、まだ知られていない現地ツアーを発掘し、掲載につながる出会い(商談)をつくること。

あなたには、新規開拓(アウトバウンド)の力で、世界各地のツアー会社・ガイドへアプローチし、商談獲得〜手法改善までをお任せします。

メール・SNS・電話など手段は自由度高め。文面や切り口、ターゲット設計を磨きながら、アポ獲得効率を最大化していきましょう。

・ターゲット選定/リスト作成

・ツアー会社/ガイドへの新規アプローチ(メール・SNS・電話)

・商談獲得(アポイント取得)

・アプローチ手法の改善(PDCA)

・展示会営業やセミナー等の新規施策提案(歓迎)

・稼働時間:10:00〜19:00メイン

・働き方:フルリモート(PC自前)

▼必須スキル

・法人または個人への新規開拓営業(アウトバウンド)経験

・海外旅行経験または海外旅行への興味関心

▼歓迎スキル

・旅行業界での実務経験(旅行代理店/ランドオペ/OTA等)

・無形商材のコンサルティング営業経験

勤務時間・曜日:

勤務時間・曜日

・9:00〜18:00(休憩1時間・実働8時間)

・完全週休2日制(土日祝休み)

・残業は月10時間以内(原則定時で退勤できます)

・フレックス制度あり(コアタイム 11:00〜16:00)

・リモートワーク可(業務に応じて週1〜2日程度)

・クライアントとの定例MTGは平日の日中が中心

・作業は個人裁量が高く、集中しやすい環境

・急な予定にも柔軟に調整できる働き方を推奨

休暇・休日:

・完全週休2日制(土日祝休み)

・年間休日120日以上

・年末年始休暇

勤務地:

・年1〜3回程度、クライアント先への国内出張あり(交通費・出張手当支給)

・基本は本社または自宅での勤務(リモート併用)

・最寄駅:JR「代々木駅」徒歩2分(西口から近くアクセス良好)

・東京メトロ副都心線「北参道駅」徒歩6分

・小田急線「南新宿駅」徒歩5分

・複数路線利用可能で、通勤しやすい立地です

給与:

・昇給:年4回(評価制度に基づく)

・通勤交通費支給(上限あり)

・役職手当/職能手当あり
