仕事内容
マーケット動向(競合情報含む)やクライアントのニーズを踏まえた「攻めの企画・開発」を目的に、2024年度に新設されたポジションです。営業部全体の戦略策定や新商品開発をメインミッションとし、売れる仕組み作りにチャレンジしていただきます。

- 営業戦略・営業企画
- 新商品開発
- マーケット調査、顧客調査
- デジタルマーケティング など
【入社後のイメージ】
<入社1ヵ月~3か月後>
・当社のビジネスモデルや営業方針を把握し、営業グループにて先輩に同行しながらOJTで業務を行います。
・延長保証に関連して、損害保険関連資格(募集人、少短)を取得します。
<入社4か月~12か月後>
・進行中のプロジェクトにサブメンバーで参加いただき、実務や会社の流れを体感いただきます。
・メンバーと一緒にディスカッションを通して、企画案にチームで策定します。
<入社2年目以降>
・これまでのキャリアや適性によって、「新商品開発」や「調査分析」など、得意な分野をメインに活躍してもらう予定です。

営業企画もしくは新商品(新サービス)開発の経験をお持ちの方

※試用期間は3ヶ月で、その間の雇用条件に変更はありません。
