【大阪勤務】図面管理・情報共有アプリのカスタマーサクセス_チーフポジション【年収~720万円】

【仕事内容】

本ポジションでは、アプリの導入検討段階の支援から、契約後のオンボーディング(勉強会の開催等)

及びオプション提案を行っていただきます。

顧客とともに明確なゴールを設定し、顧客を伴走支援していただきます。

その過程でSPIDERPLUSを最大限活用し、その価値を体感してもらうことで、

さらなるアップセル、クロスセルに繋げて、顧客全体でのDXを実現していきます。

【ミッション】

・顧客の本質的な成功に向けて支援し続けることです。

・顧客がSPIDERPLUSを「使いこなせている状態に」なるように伴走します。

・SPIDERPLUSのオンボーディングを行い、定着・活用度合の分析から活用コンサルティングまで行います。

【業務内容】

・SPIDERPLUS導入後のオンボーディング、導入支援(勉強会)

・本社(支店)との定例会の実施(活用状況のフォロー)

・活用状況を分析し、活用状況の芳しくない顧客への能動的な支援として、アポイントを設定して、勉強会等を実施する(現場訪問やweb勉強会)

・追加IDの提案やオプションの提案を行う(アップセルやクロスセル)

・これらはAS(営業)との連携により行うケースもある
