当部署は、中小企業のお客様が安心してIT活用できる環境を実現する専門組織として、3つのチームで組織を運営しております。
配属チームとなるtCAMグループでは、大手販売パートナーと協業し、お客様が安心して事業を継続できる環境の実現を目指しております。

職務内容
中小企業のお客様をサイバー攻撃からお守りするため、パートナーが提供する当社製品を活用したセキュリティサービスの新規立ち上げや改善など様々なフェーズでの技術支援を行っていただきます。
パートナーとの協業を通じ、多様化、巧妙化する脅威から中小企業のお客様を守り、セキュリティ被害をゼロに導く事が期待される、当社においても非常に重要なポジションです。
【具体的には】
中小企業向けサイバー攻撃対策ソリューションに関するパートナー向け技術支援
・提案・導入などプリセールスにおける技術支援
・新規サービスの企画・立ち上げ
・既存サービスの改善提案・実行
パートナーと協業した新たなサービスの企画開発(顧客に合わせたカスタマイズ)からサービスリリースに向けたプロジェクトマネジメント、導入時のプリセールス・技術支 援、ローンチ後の活用促進に向けた仕組みづくり、立ち上がり後のサービス改善まで、新たなソリューションを中小企業のお客様向けに届け、活用いただくまでの一連の流れをご担当いただきます。
技術チームの代表として知見を活かしながらも、顧客や担当サービスに入り込み、ビジネスサイドの構築にも寄与できる非常に面白みのあるポジションです。
導入した新規サービスが安定運用となれば、その後のトラブル対応やサポートケース対応は別の部門で担当します。

● 最新のセキュリティ技術を使って日本の中小企業をサイバー攻撃から守ることができます。
●当社の技術チームの代表として、担当パートナーと数億円~数十億円規模のビジネスを主導することができます。
●営業/マーケティング/テクニカルサポート/開発チームなど多くの人々とプロジェクトを共に遂行し、新しいサービスの立ち上げや既存サービスのプロセス改善を行うことができます。
●プロダクトマネージャ、開発チームと共に製品を改善していく活動を通じて、エンジニアの立場から製品開発への参画ができます。
●グローバルメンバーとの協業を通じ、英語によるコミュニケーションなどグローバルコラボレーションスキルを向上させることができます。
経験・スキル
【必須要件】
・IT関連のプリセールス/システムエンジニア/テクニカルサポートなどの業務経験 3年以上
・高いコミュニケーション能力 (提案書作成、プレゼンテーション力も含む)
【歓迎要件】
・プロジェクトマネジメント経験
・業務遂行上必要な英語能力 (書く・聞く・話す) (TOEIC 600点以上が望ましい)
・セキュリティ関連のスキル・経験
・トレンドマイクロ商材の取り扱い経験
【英語利用シーン】
開発チームなどグローバルチームとの口頭/メールなどによるコミュニケーション
:定例ミーティング、プロジェクト実行時のコミュニケーション、製品改善の議論 など
