スクラムマスターとしてインフキュリオンの開発組織やプロジェクトに横断的に関与し、各チームが自律し生産性を向上できるように現状分析・課題抽出〜各種活動の支援をお任せします。

【プロダクトについて】

• Wallet Station Wallet Stationは、企業の「オリジナルPay」をスピーディに構築するためのスマホ決済プラットフォームです。コード決済、取引処理、残高管理やユーザ認証など、決済システムのコア機能をAPIで提供しています。 店舗での決済やユーザの資産を扱うシステムのため、セキュリティや処理速度など高い技術力が求められる開発環境です。

今回は、スクラムマスターとして組織・プロジェクト全体を俯瞰しながら、スピード感を持って、課題抽出や解決策の立案・実行、アジャイル開発に向けた啓蒙活動をお任せできる方を募集いたします。

• English here As a Scrum Master at Infcurion, you will play a cross-functional role, engaging with the development organization and projects to facilitate current state analysis, identify issues, and provide support for various activities, enabling each team to work autonomously and enhance productivity. 【About the Product】 Wallet Station is a smartphone payment platform designed to rapidly establish companies' "Original Pay." It provides core functionalities of payment systems, such as code payments, transaction processing, balance management, and user authentication, through APIs. Given its handling of transactions in stores and user assets, it operates in a high-tech development environment with a focus on security and processing speed. Wallet Station In this role as a Scrum Master, you will have the opportunity to oversee the entire organization and project, addressing challenges, devising and executing solutions, and conducting educational activities to promote Agile development with a sense of urgency. 【Specific Responsibilities】
  • Current state analysis and issue extraction for Agile development.
  • Ongoing educational and advisory activities with stakeholders to remove impediments for the team.
  • Educational activities for other team members to accumulate Scrum knowledge and experience.
  • Continuous team management support with the aim of promoting Agile practices.

Location: 7th Floor, MFPR Kojimachi Building, 5-7-2 Kojimachi, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo

• Approximately 5 minutes on foot from Tokyo Metro Yurakucho Line "Kojimachi Station" (Exit 2)
• Approximately 8 minutes on foot from JR "Yotsuya Station"

Annual Salary: 6,000, ,000,000 JPY *based on experience, ability, and previous work experience

• Salary adjustments: Twice a year
• Bonuses: Twice a year (April and October)

Hours: 9:30 - 18:30 (60 minutes of break time)
