Roles and Responsibility

自社開発している決済サービスのプロダクトマネジメント。 顧客ニーズや市場のトレンドをもとに製品の戦略的方向性を定め、ビジネス目標を達成するために必要な機能を企画推進し、市場のトレンドに沿って製品を改善するためのロードマップ策定から、市場調査や顧客の声を基に製品の価値を最大化するための提案を行い、ビジネス/エンジニアチームと連携してプロダクトを成長させる。また、ハードウェアに関する知見・経験を活かしたエンジニアチームの支援。

• プロダクト企画の立案、策定、遂行
• プロダクトの要求定義、開発優先順位付け
• プロダクトロードマップの策定

【採用の背景と期待役割】 プロダクトドリブンな事業サイクルを加速するため、FY23に組織を改編し、プロダクト部門を新設。とくに、決済端末に限らず、組み込みシステムのOS~ミドルウェア~アプリに対する開発経験やノウハウがあり、時にはエンジニアチームを支援しながら貢献していただける方を1名募集。

主にPMMやUIUXデザイナーとともに、新規決済端末の企画、既存プロダクト/事業のグロース、新規プロダクトの企画を推進していただくことを期待。 また、自身の経験値を活かしたエンジニアチームの支援、メーカーとの折衝を推進していただくことを期待。

直近は、新規企画・開発中である、世界でも事例が少数の進化した決済ソリューション(決済専用端末ではなくスマートデバイス上で動作するソフトウェアベースのプロダクト)や、実店舗で行われる対面決済とEC等のWeb上で行われる非対面決済を融合させたソリューションのプロジェクトにご参画いただき、リードしていただく。

Setting the strategic direction of the product based on customer needs and market trends, planning and promoting the necessary features to achieve business goals, formulating roadmaps for product improvement based on market trends, proposing value maximization of the product based on market research and customer feedback, and collaborating with the business/engineering team to grow the product. Additionally, supporting the engineering team with hardware-related knowledge and experience. 【Specific Examples of Responsibilities】
  • Planning, formulating, and executing product plans.
  • Defining product requirements and prioritizing development.

  【Background of Recruitment and Expected Role】 To accelerate the product-driven business cycle, the organization was reorganized in FY23, and a new product department was established. Specifically, we are looking for someone with development experience and know-how for embedded systems from OS to middleware to apps, who can occasionally support the engineering team. The main expectation is to drive the planning of new payment terminals, grow existing products/businesses, and promote the planning of new products in collaboration with PMMs and UI/UX designers. Also, support the engineering team and negotiate with manufacturers based on your experience. Currently, you will be involved in a project related to an evolving payment solution (software-based product that operates on smart devices rather than payment-specific terminals) and a solution that combines face-to-face payment in physical stores with non-face-to-face payment conducted online.

• 新規プロダクトまたは新機能の企画・提案・開発のご経験
• 決済端末に限らず、組み込みシステムのOS~ミドルウェア・アプリの設計・開発経験がある人
• 構造化しドキュメンテーションできるスキル 自社プロダクトの経験は必須ではないですが、 受託ではなくプロダクトドリブンで推進していけるマインドセットが必須です。
