    Industries such as convenience stores and the food service sector, among others, have significantly grown to support the Japanese economy over the last century. Many of the third-sector industries, including restaurants, apparel, convenience stores, drug stores, and transportation services, rely on non-regular employees (part-time and temporary workers) for their business growth. On the other hand, Japan's population has been in a declining trend since its peak in 2011. As the working-age population continues to shrink, the inclusion of previously untapped labor resources such as housewives and senior citizens has led to an overall increase in Japan's workforce. Issues related to "hiring" and "employment," particularly in the context of non-regular employees, are essential themes that must be addressed for the sake of Japan's economic growth. The company is committed to supporting companies' sustained growth and, ultimately, Japan's economic growth.     Realizing Consultation through the products

    The company doesn't consider the use of the products as the end goal; it's not just about using a tool. Roles and Responsibility

クラウド型サービスのWebアプリケーション開発マネージャー/リーダーとしてプロジェクトを牽引いただける方を募集します。

アルバイト・パート採用管理システムで国内シェアNo.1のサービスを抱える当社の、次世代のコア事業の成長を担う重要なポジションです。

現在は年間売上約5億円規模のサービスですが、 これからの3年で30億円の事業への成長を予定しております。 サービスローンチを終え大手小売チェーンや飲食チェーンにご導入いただき、まさにこれから急成長期に入っていくフェーズです。

これまでは全体責任者が一人で全てを行っておりましたが、 その責任者が行っていたアプリ側の企画・要件定義・設計・外部委託先との連携などを担って頂きたいと考えます。

業務内容

新機能追加、パフォーマンス向上、技術的改善などのWebアプリケーション開発マネジメントを行っていただきます。

1.ユーザーの視点に立ち、プロダクトマネージャーとともにサービス機能開発・改善の提案
- ビジネスサイドと協力してシステム要件の定義および業務・画面フローの策定を行います。
- 効率的な作業を実現し、開発チームの生産性を向上させるための取り組みを実施します。
- CI/CDの整備や製品クオリティの担保に努めます。

2.開発チームのマネジメント業務
- ユーザーの課題を発見し、解決するアイデアを生み出します。
- 目標管理による開発プロジェクトのマネジメント業務を行います。
- 開発生産性などのKPIを用いてチームの状態を把握し、早期アクションを起こします(PDCAサイクルの推進)。
- 外部委託(ベトナムのオフショア含む)の約30名規模のコントロールを行います。
- 詳細設計や外部委託との連携は英語で行います。

  • English hereWe are seeking a Cloud-based Web Application Development Manager/Leader who can lead projects.

    This is a crucial position that will contribute to the growth of our next-generation core business, which holds the top market share in Japan for the part-time and temporary employment management system.

    Currently, the service has an annual revenue of approximately 500 million yen, but we plan to grow it into a 3 billion yen business over the next three years. We have completed the service launch and introduced it to major retail and restaurant chains, entering a phase of rapid growth.

    Until now, a single person has been responsible for all aspects of the service, but we are looking for someone to take on responsibilities such as planning, requirement definition, design, and coordination with external contractors for the application side.

    Responsibilities:

    You will be responsible for Web application development management, including adding new features, improving performance, and implementing technical enhancements.

    1. Propose service function development and improvement with a focus on user perspective, in collaboration with the product manager.
    - Define system requirements and business/screen flow in cooperation with the business side.
    - Implement initiatives to improve work efficiency and enhance the productivity of the development team.
    - Ensure CI/CD implementation and product quality assurance.

    2. Manage the development team:
    - Identify user issues and generate ideas to address them.
    - Manage development projects based on goal management.
    - Monitor the team's status using KPIs such as development productivity and take early action (promote the PDCA cycle).
    - Control approximately 30 external contractors (including offshores in Vietnam).
    - Coordinate detailed design and collaboration with external contractors in English.

Minimum Requirements

・自社サービス企業 or SIer等で、中規模以上のSaas型システム開発をリードしたご経験
・3年以上のWEBサービス開発経験(開発言語問わず)

    • Over 3 years of experience in web service development, regardless of the programming language.

Conditions / Benefits

Employment system: Full time

Location : Nihonbashi, Chuo-ku, Tokyo

Annual Salary: 7,200,000 ~ 9,250,000 JPY

*The amount will be determined upon consultation, taking experience and other factors into consideration.

*Salary increase : twice a year

*Bonus : 2 times a year in principle (June,December)

Hours : 9:00 - 17:45 (include 60 min break)

  • Remote work: Most employees work remotely. However, there are cases in which employees are required to come to the office depending on their position and duties.
  • Average overtime hours: Depends on the situation, but the entire department works about 15 to 20 hours per month. When responding to releases, there may be irregular work hours such as at night.
