【業務概要】

慢性的なIT人材不足に悩むクライアントにたいして、ミドル・シニア層のハイスキルIT人材をつなぐ「フリーランスマッチングサービス」の営業としてご活躍いただきます。

スキルや経験があっても、年齢を理由に仕事が取りづらくなっているミドル・シニアのITプロフェッショナル人材を、IT人材不足やDX推進に悩む企業へマッチングする、そんな社会的意義の強い仕事です。

【お任せしたい業務】

・ITプロフェッショナル人材との登録面談で条件ヒアリング(1日2~3件)

・クライアントの人材課題ヒアリング・人材提案

・稼働中のITプロフェッショナル人材をフォロー

・営業戦略の立案・提案

★基本的にオフィス内業務です

・社会人歴3年以上

・以下(1)~(3)いずれかの経験

(1)法人営業経験2年以上

(2)人材業界での就業経験2年以上

(3)IT業界での就業経験2年以上

勤務時間・曜日:

■1ヵ月単位のフレックスタイム制

・標準労働時間1⽇8時間

・フレキシブルタイム 7:00〜22:00(コアタイム10:00〜16:00)

休暇・休日:

・完全週休2日制(土日祝)

・年間休日120日

・年次有給休暇(入社半年経過後10日付与)

・夏季休暇3⽇

・年末年始休暇(12⽉30⽇~1⽉3⽇)

アクセス:

JR山手線五反田駅より徒歩9分

給与:

■みなし残業手当40時間相当を含む

- 40時間超過分については別途支給

- 月給は年収の14分割で支給

■賞与:年2回(4月・10月)

- 毎回平均1か月程度を支給

- 実績に応じて、1か月以上の支給あり

■給与査定:年2回(4月・10月)

〈年収例〉

年収500万円(入社1年目・24歳)

年収750万円(入社1年目・32歳)
