National Sea Logistics ISC Manager
Tokyo, Japan | Freight Transport and Customer Service | Full-time | Salary: ¥3,500,000 - ¥5,000,000 per year
Lead our International Supply Chain team to optimize customers' supply chains through order management and sea transportation management solutions.
Your Role
Your Responsibilities
- Build, empower, and inspire a high-performing and engaged team of International Supply Chain professionals.
- Ensure the organization is resourced, trained, and incentivized to attract, pursue, close, onboard, deliver, review, evolve, and retain profitable business.
- Create and implement a national International Supply Chain business plan to improve service quality, data integrity, customer retention, operational production unit cost, growth, and profitability.
- Continuously improve product definition, value proposition, pricing, infrastructure, and go-to-market strategy.
- Participate in RFQs and customer engagements.
- Implement new business using the Global Customer Implementation Methodology (GCIM).
- Monitor financial performance of existing accounts and optimize gross profit through cross-selling, upselling, value engineering, and total pricing.
- Measure, drive, and improve performance of service delivery against Service Level Agreements and internal data quality and timeliness targets.
